Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer| (Goulburn Location)
<p><strong>Level 2 IT Support Engineer - Goulburn, NSW</strong></p><p>We're currently seeking an experienced <strong>Level 2 IT Support Engineer</strong> for a full-time 3-4-month contract role (with a view to extend) based <strong>onsite in Goulburn, NSW</strong>. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and providing quality support within a dynamic environment.<br /> </p><p><strong>Key Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Goulburn, NSW (onsite, 5 days per week - no WFH)</li><li><strong>Contract:</strong> 3-4 months (initial 3-month contract with likely extension)</li><li><strong>Start date:</strong> ASAP (within the next 2 weeks preferred)</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Only candidates <strong>living in or around Goulburn</strong> will be considered, as this is a <strong>fully onsite role</strong>.<br /> </li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 2 onsite support across desktops, servers, and network environments.</li><li>Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, license management, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Support server and infrastructure-related issues as part of the internal IT team.</li><li>Handle incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation where necessary.</li><li>Deliver timely and effective technical support to end users across the business.<br /> </li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Approximately <strong>5 years' experience</strong> in a Level 2 support or similar technical role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server environments.</li><li>Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and user access management.</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems (previous use of <strong>Halo</strong> is advantageous).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite setting.<br /> </li></ul><p>If you're immediately available or can start within the next two weeks, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
