We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist the leadership team with an analysis and review of current services.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Temporary opportunity 6 months plus.</p><p>You will work closely with the executive team to review current service utilisation rates and drive initiatives to maximise revenue and operational efficiency.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Analyse current service utilisation rates and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement revenue-optimisation strategies.</li><li>Support the development of data dashboards and performance tracking tools working with finance experts to develop the data</li><li>Conduct cost-benefit analysis on service delivery models.</li><li>Work with clinical and program teams to ensure services are aligned with funding and community need.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports and business cases for the Executive Team and the Board</li><li>Work with the Delivery team to implement key initiatives</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong senior operational and process improvement/change management skills within a health/aged care/NDIS or community services context.</li><li>Strong financial acumen and understanding with experience working with data systems, financial modelling, or performance reporting to help in decision making</li><li>Ability to translate data insights into practical service delivery improvements.</li><li>Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working cross-functionally.</li><li>Passion for health equity, social justice, and working in a purpose-driven organisation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p><p>If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for improving community outcomes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact within a purpose-driven organisation.
