<p>Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a Leading Tourism Player in Gold Coast and they are looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with a Windows 11 upgrade project. You'll be assisting with the following:-</p><ul><li>Assisting with a nationwide <strong>Windows 11</strong> upgrade.</li><li>Assist with <strong>re-imaging and building hardware</strong>.</li><li>Travelling to different sites to assist with hardware deployment and providing timely <strong>technical support</strong> to end users.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to <strong>Intune,</strong> <strong>Azure AD and Office 365</strong> applications.</li><li><strong>Escalate</strong> issues to appropriate teams.</li></ul><p>Details:</p><ul><li>5 days WFO in Bundall.</li><li>Working in a Microsoft &amp; Windows 11 environment.</li><li>Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.</li><li>Possibility of extensions are highly likely.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a desktop support or field technician role.</li><li>Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory (<strong>Entra</strong>), <strong>Intune</strong> and experience using an ITSM tool.</li><li>Basic understanding of hardware &amp; networking concepts and troubleshooting.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
