Expect regular travel from Brisbane to their Victorian processing facility to ensure consistency in culture, compliance, and care.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br /> Your remit will be broad, with three key pillars:<br /> <strong>People &amp; Culture</strong> - Develop and implement HR policies, lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee engagement, and provide advice to managers and staff on all HR matters.<br /> <strong>Health &amp; Safety</strong> - Champion workplace safety, conduct audits and risk assessments, deliver training, and oversee incident management.<br /> <strong>Payroll Support</strong> - Assist with payroll processes, maintain accurate records, and liaise with finance to resolve queries.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong><br /> We're looking for a self-motivated, solutions-focused HR professional with:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline</li><li>3+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational setting</li><li>Working knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS regulations</li><li>Experience supporting payroll functions (payroll processing sits with finance)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly</li><li>Flexibility to travel interstate on a frequent basis</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why This Role?</strong><br /> This is a rare opportunity to step into a stand-alone HR leadership role where you'll have true ownership, influence, and variety.
