<p>Project Manager - Retail Transformation Program</p><p>We're seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of a large-scale retail transformation program for a national franchise group on an initial four-month contract for an immediate start.</p><p>This role is focused on driving structure, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams - ensuring the program runs on time and to plan. This opportunity will suit someone with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills who can bring structure, discipline, and momentum to a fast-moving environment.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Project Manager, you'll:</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of program milestones across multiple sites.</li><li>Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).</li><li>Track and resolve risks and issues, keeping delivery on time and to budget.</li><li>Prepare executive-level reporting and updates for senior stakeholders and the board.</li><li>Develop and create templates, dashboards, RAID logs, and action trackers to keep visibility high.</li><li>Engage with cross-functional teams - operations, property, IT, marketing - as well as external suppliers.</li></ul><p>About You</p><p>We're after someone who can bring clarity and momentum to a big program. You'll have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience managing rollout programs from initiation to completion.</li><li>Strong governance, reporting, and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing ability to drive action across stakeholders.</li><li>Confidence working in complex environments, balancing multiple priorities.</li><li>Retail experience is desirable, but not essential.</li><li>Preferably based in Brisbane with occasional travel to Robina or based in Robina with occasional travel to Brisbane.</li></ul><p>Why Apply?</p><p>This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-profile, national transformation program.
