IT Support Specialist - 12 months contract
<p>Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a growing Aged Care Provider in Australia, and they are seeking an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Providing Level 1-2 <strong>helpdesk support</strong> to end users across Australia.<br /> * Visiting different sites as needed to deliver timely <strong>deskside support</strong> to end users.<br /> * Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to <strong>Azure AD and Office 365</strong> applications.<br /> * Escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary.<br /> * Potential involvement in upcoming projects, including <strong>SharePoint migration, automation initiatives, ERP/CRM support</strong>, and software upgrades.</li></ul><p>Details:</p><ul><li>Hybrid work arrangement in Adelaide.</li><li>Working in a Microsoft &amp; Windows 11 environment.</li><li>Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.</li><li>Possibility of a permanent role is highly likely.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded)</li><li>Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory (<strong>Entra</strong>), <strong>Intune, </strong>ITIL practices and experience using an ITSM tool.</li><li>Proven <strong>deskside support</strong> experience in directly assisting end users.</li><li>Excellent <strong>customer service</strong>, communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
