Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysts play a critical role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, supporting deal execution and conducting financial due diligence. This position requires strong analytical skills and expertise in corporate finance, strategic growth and market research. M&A analysts work closely with senior leadership, legal teams and external advisers to support the full transaction lifecycle.
