Manages a team of L&D professionals, including instructional designers and trainers. Collaborates with leadership to identify skill gaps and workforce development needs, and evaluates training effectiveness, making adjustments to ensure desired outcomes.Oversees budget, resources, and timelines for L&D projects. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in learning management systems and training methodologies is essential. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field, plus five to seven years of experience in L&D, training, or HR roles.
