<p>Company Profile<br />Multinational growing insurance firm looking for a Compliance Analyst.<br /><br />The Role<br />- Provide Compliance Advisory: Offer guidance on compliance matters, including privacy and data protection under Japanese law, aligned with the business model and risk profile.<br />- Monitor and Enhance Compliance Framework: Oversee the effectiveness of compliance policies and procedures (e.g., trade compliance, supply chain, anti-bribery, gifts and entertainment), and integrate emerging risks into the compliance framework.<br />- Incident and Issue Management: Investigate compliance concerns or incidents, implement corrective actions, and report to Assurant's Compliance function as needed.<br />- Third-Party Risk Management: Conduct due diligence and ongoing oversight of vendors, buyers, aggregators, and other third parties.<br />- Audit and Policy Governance: Support internal audits, develop remediation plans, and maintain up-to-date documentation of key processes, controls, and company policies.<br />- Franchise and Approval Oversight: Monitor franchisees' compliance (if applicable) and manage approval processes for gifts, meals, and entertainment.<br /><br />Your Skills<br />- Fluent Japanese and business English<br />- Minimum 3 years of general Compliance experience in multinational / global organization<br />- Experience in third-party risk management<br />- Strong in stakeholders management<br /><br />Highlights about Role / Company<br />- Gain a wide range of experience at a smaller multinational organization<br />- Almost fully remote.
