<p>A leading manufacturer-focused Saas firm specializing in developing digital platform that manages end-to-end product journey, established in 20+ years ago in US. Following the launch of its Japanese subsidiary 10+years ago, has grown into an operation that contributes 40% of regional earnings. The firm provides pure cloud-based solution in the manufacturing technology sector, delivering adaptable, low-code development environments characterized by superior reliability and reduced defect rates compared to major industry competitors.</p><div class="-Ny-615 "><div class="--lv-636"><div class="-ID-667"><br /><Position Summary><br /><ul><li>As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who can drive field marketing and demand generation activities.</li><li>As a member of the Asia Field Marketing team, you will work closely with the Sales organization and the Global Marketing team to execute and adapt initiatives tailored to the regional market.</li><li>This role will be responsible for the execution and measurement of multi-channel marketing activities designed to generate demand from both existing and prospective customers.</li><li>You will focus particularly on digital marketing initiatives centered on our corporate website, as well as the planning and execution of both online and offline events.</li></ul><br /><Key Responsibilities><br /><ul><li>Execute and drive field marketing activities in alignment with global strategy.</li><li>Manage and implement digital marketing initiatives (web content, social media, email marketing, advertising, etc.)</li><li>Plan and manage events such as webinars, trade shows, and seminars (both online and offline).</li><li>Collaborate with the Sales team to support lead nurturing and pipeline generation.</li><li>Support brand awareness initiatives and contribute to promotional activities, including localized planning and execution.</li></ul><br /><Qualifications Required><br /><ul><li> Fluency in Japanese with business-level English proficiency</li><li> 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in the IT and/or manufacturing industries</li><li> Experience using CRM/Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)</li><li> Proven experience working with Sales teams to execute joint marketing programs</li><li> Strong communication and project management skills</li></ul></div></div></div><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
