Balance strategic requests that aren't too conservative or unrealistic<br />* Facilitate 4-5 full-stack developers using Agile 2-week sprints. You shape strategy, engineers decide how to build<br />* Turn ambiguous senior partner requests into realistic roadmaps with prototypes showing possibilities<br />* Navigate audit firm approval processes with persistence<br /><br />Your Skills <br />Mandatory:<br />* Shipped software products start-to-finish. Own roadmaps, resource planning, delivery (not just requirements gathering)<br />* Business level Japanese + Business level English<br />* Understand Japanese business culture. "Read between the lines," know how decisions really get made<br />* Budget/resource management experience. Think ROI and costs, not just cool technology<br />* Comfortable spending 80% time on stakeholder alignment.
