Director, Strategic Account Development
<ul><li><p>A leading global financial technology client with a strong market footprint in Japan.<br />This position oversees one of our client's key client relationships within Japan, with accountability for consistently delivering outstanding value to both the client and our organization. The focus is on gaining a thorough understanding of the client's goals, challenges, and avenues for growth, and collaborating across internal teams to leverage our full spectrum of expertise and solutions to support their business.</p></li></ul><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p style="display: inline !important;">Client Success: Shape a clear vision and strategy for the client relationship by partnering with cross-functional teams and engaging with client leadership to align on priorities.</p></li><li><p style="display: inline !important;"> </p>Strategic Execution: Lead the implementation of key initiatives that support the Japan business strategy.</li><li>Leadership: Demonstrate the organization's leadership principles and foster collaborative, high-quality teamwork.</li><li>Client Experience: Coordinate client interactions with global and local teams to ensure consistency and professionalism, using the client playbook to uphold high standards.</li><li>Balancing Interests: Guide the team in delivering solutions that meet both client needs and our business objectives. Stay informed on market, regulatory, and competitive factors to support decision-making.</li><li>Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections at all levels of the client organization, enabling ongoing structured engagement between senior leaders.</li><li>Business Expansion: Source and win new business opportunities while maintaining and growing current client engagements.</li><li>Risk Management: Take full responsibility for risk oversight in the client portfolio, ensuring the team consistently implements appropriate controls and processes.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Approximately 15 years of experience, ideally within banking, financial services, technology, fintech, or management consulting.
