<p><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>Large well known FMCG company with a Shiga plant where this role will be based.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Finance Manager is a key member of the regional finance team, accountable for end-to-end capital expenditure (capex) processes across a manufacturing plant network. The role partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to shape multi-year investment plans, provide decision support through financial analysis and payback and returns cases, and monitor and report capital spend and forecasts. It also owns capital governance and audit readiness across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and with tax and statutory requirements in Japan and Korea.
