<p>A Finance Manager is sought to join this Blackburn based local authority. This role will involve management and financial accounting duties.</p><p>The district council is seeking a CIMA, ACCA or CCAB qualified accountant to join the friendly team in Nelson.</p><p>You will provide high-quality financial information, including statutory financial reporting, accounting and management of the Councils revenue budget.
