Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own transfer pricing for intercompany product flows</li><li>Lead promotion and sales return analysis, helping the business optimise trade spend and margin.</li><li>Partner closely with sales to analyse profitability by sector</li><li>Deliver timely, insightful weekly and monthly sales reporting, reconciling data back to the General Ledger.</li><li>Work alongside the Commercial Director on in-depth retail sales analysis and high-impact ad hoc reporting</li><li>Manage and reconcile customer rebates and overriders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the balance sheet.</li><li>Take the lead in authorising rebate invoices and credit notes.</li><li>Support the annual pricing review process, influencing strategic pricing decisions.</li><li>Provide key support to the Financial Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.</li><li>Be a driving force for continuous improvement, leading projects that streamline commercial processes and enhance decision-making</li></ul> About You:<ul><li>A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where speed and agility are essential</li><li>Strong modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>A confident communicator with a collaborative, business-partnering approach.</li><li>Commercially curious - someone who's motivated by impact and outcomes, not just reports.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li></ul> For more information, please call Paige on 01179 935 445. Robert Half are working in exclusive partnership with a global, private equity backed based in Bristol to recruit a Head of Financial Reporting on a permanent basis. This is a highly visible role in the business taking ownership over the delivery of statutory accounts, consolidations and associated reporting across 50+ entities globally. The Head of Financial Reporting role will suit candidates with a demonstrable experience within a technically focused group role, versed in managing the finance calendar and being a key point of contact for technical queries. You will be used to driving change and process improvement within a busy, fast paced environment. The Head of Financial Reporting position will be based in Bristol offering a base salary between £100,000 and £120,000 per annum plus bonus up to 30%.
