This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the corporate reporting function during a high-impact phase.</p><h3 data-start="756" data-end="779"><strong data-end="777" data-start="760">Role Overview</strong></h3><p data-end="1149" data-start="780">The business is seeking an experienced, hands-on Group Reporting Accountant to support the preparation of carve-out consolidated financial statements and related note disclosures in connection with a recent transaction. You'll work closely with the CFO and external auditors to deliver high-quality IFRS-compliant financial reporting.</p><p data-end="1149" data-start="780">This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership of complex consolidations, identify eliminations and adjustments and technical accounting matters. <p>The company is one of the UK's largest private housing developers covering the North West and Central England. The Group builds premium homes and is continuing to grow. </p><p>It's due to this growth, that a Group Financial Accountant is sought to join the team located in South Manchester/Cheshire. </p><p>The role is an integral part of the finance team and is centred around delivering the Group's internal and external financial reporting obligations in an accurate and timely manner.
