The role of Legal Applications Architect is critical to their next phase of growth and consolidation. The successful candidate will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking company that is committed to unifying its technology and aligning it with its overarching business goals.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic leader, leveraging your technical expertise to address our complex technology environment. Your primary objective will be to analyze the current application portfolio, define a clear plan for system integration and consolidation, and then steer our engineering teams through the implementation process. You will be responsible for creating an optimised and scalable target architecture, ensuring all designs are secure, compliant, and aligned with our future-state vision of a SaaS and Azure Cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with the IT Infrastructure & Operations Director and the Head of Security to ensure roadmaps are in perfect alignment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a software or solution architect, specifically managing large-scale system portfolios. You should have a proven track record in application rationalisation or IT modernisation projects within a complex organisation. A deep understanding of application portfolio management and consolidation strategies is essential, as is strong experience with Azure.</p><p>Prior experience in the legal industry or with legal-specific applications is highly advantageous. Thry are also looking for a candidate with experience in applications such as Sharedo, HubSpot, SnapLogic, or Legora. Relevant industry certifications, such as TOGAF or Certified Cloud Architect credentials, would be a strong asset.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>The role is a permanent position with a salary of up to £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
