<p>A Senior Interim accountant is sought to join this Manchester based global entertainment company. 3 month minimum term with likely extension. </p><p>This role involves preparing carve-out consolidated statements and preparing note support to back a recent acquisition. The primary responsibilities for this role will involve compiling financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) for a carve-out group, preparing supporting notes under IFRS, and working with auditors. </p><p>Given the manual nature of these tasks, someone with strong Excel skills is essential.
