This is a critical interim hire to support the Finance function through a period of transition and growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic financial leadership, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the day to day finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.</li><li>Act as a trusted business partner to the executive leadership team, providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to support decision-making.</li><li>Manage and mentor a small finance team, driving performance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation.</li><li>Maintain and enhance internal controls, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Support in preparation for investor and board reporting.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Assist with strategic projects including systems upgrades, process improvements, and potential M&A activity.</li></ul><p>Key Requirements:</p><ul><li>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated team leadership and people development experience.</li><li>Ideally, experience working within or alongside private equity-backed businesses.</li><li>Available immediately.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
