<p>Robert Half have partnered with a Healthcare Manufacture to recruit for a Disaster Recovery Specialist to lead and enhance our organisation's resilience strategy.</p><p>This role will focus on planning, developing, and executing robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes within a complex Azure-based environment.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Lead the planning and development of DR and BC testing services, ensuring structured and repeatable processes.</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to align recovery strategies with business requirements.</li><li>Identify and address gaps impacting DR/BC readiness, documenting improvements.</li><li>Coordinate and manage DR and BC test schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Maintain and improve DR/BC documentation, including runbooks, recovery plans, test frameworks, and impact analyses.</li><li>Facilitate DR and BC drills and simulations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements.</li><li>Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to DR and BC.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 year's experience in IT infrastructure, DR coordination, or business continuity.</li><li>Strong background in planning and service development, not just execution.</li><li>Solid understanding of backup, replication, failover, and recovery technologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with DR/BC tools such as Zerto, Veeam, Commvault, Azure Site Recovery, ServiceNow.</li><li>Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL and ISO 22301.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Organisation:</strong></p><ul><li>Initial 12 Month Contract </li><li>Hybrid Working | Surrey based </li><li>Global Healthcare Manufacturer </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
