Leadership & People Management<br />* Lead and inspire credit control teams across the UK and Ireland<br />* Set clear objectives, expectations, and development plans<br />* Promote a high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration<br />2. Credit Risk Assessment & Financial Control<br />* Conduct detailed financial analysis of customers, including large contractors and key accounts<br />* Approve and monitor credit limits in line with risk appetite<br />* Oversee overdue debt, high-risk accounts, and escalations<br />3. Commercial Partnership & Customer Engagement<br />* Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support growth while protecting receivables<br />* Engage directly with major buyers to review terms, resolve disputes, and negotiate recovery strategies<br />* Champion service excellence and customer retention<br />4. Credit Insurance Management<br />* Manage the regional credit insurance programme<br />* Liaise with insurers on limit applications, exposure updates, and claims processes<br />5. Divisional Coordination & Policy Alignment<br />* Drive standardisation and best practices across international credit teams<br />* Lead divisional credit forums and continuous improvement initiatives<br />* Coordinate with other business units on shared buyer exposure and risk<br />6.
