<p data-end="888" data-start="400">At Robert Half, we are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to work within a shared service centre based in Liverpool.</p><p data-end="888" data-start="400">This is a hands on leadership role, requiring strong management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. </p><p data-end="888" data-start="400">3-6 months interim assignment. </p><p data-start="400" data-end="888"><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Shared Service Centre team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.</li><li>Oversee delivery of all transactional finance processes (AP, AR, etc) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.</li><li>Act as primary escalation point for service delivery issues, driving resolution and process improvement.</li><li>Review of monthly reconciliations.</li><li>Review of payment runs, and processing.</li><li>Develop and monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure the SSC operates effectively and meets business needs.</li><li>Partner with the wider finance function and senior stakeholders to align SSC priorities with business objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present management reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in managing finance teams within a Shared Service Centre or large transactional environment.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a fast paced setting.</li><li>Experience of driving process improvements, system enhancements, and change management.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
