<p>Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a <strong>Senior Finance Business PArtner</strong>. This is a pivotal leadership role, working across a multi-site environment, where you'll play a central part in shaping performance, driving commercial decision-making, and ensuring business targets are delivered.</p><p>This role is suited to a <strong>commercially minded, hands-on finance professional </strong>who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, and leading on all finance and commercial matters across two business units.</p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>As the Senior FBP, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Take full ownership of all finance and commercial matters across a key division</p></li><li><p>Lead on <strong>bid pricing and contract compliance</strong>, ensuring alignment with group policies.</p></li><li><p>Review and validate management accounts and deliver meaningful financial insight.</p></li><li><p>Own the <strong>rolling forecast and annual budget</strong> process.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the Divisional MD, CFO, and senior management team to drive performance and support decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery performance.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support on commercial contract matters.</p></li><li><p>Act as a <strong>business partner</strong> to senior leaders, bringing a commercial, solution-focused approach.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><p>We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least five years' experience in a multi-site business. <p>Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with this Northwest based global SME in the appointment of a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Finance Manager to lead the companies accounting function. The business produces products for well-known household names. </p><p>Reporting directly into the FD, the main purpose of the role will be to ensure efficient management of the global accounting function, producing insightful reporting on monthly business performance with clear indicators on successes and areas for improvement, and the timely preparation of submissions to the tax authorities for Corporation Tax, PAYE and VAT. </p><p>You will manage and develop the team through technical coaching and empowerment to enable them to perform and grow.
