- <p></p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>This is a senior interim opportunity within a fast-paced and acquisitive UK business. The role will take ownership of core financial reporting activities, manage a small reporting team, and ensure continuity and robustness in reporting during a period of ongoing change.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Full ownership of the <strong>budget cycle</strong></li><li>Lead <strong>cash flow forecasting</strong></li><li>Preparation and delivery of <strong>board-level reporting</strong></li><li>Ownership of the <strong>statutory accounts</strong> process</li><li>Responsibility for <strong>group reporting</strong></li><li>Line management of a <strong>reporting team of three</strong></li><li>Support wider financial reporting requirements across the UK business</li><li>Quickly embed into the function and add value in an interim capacity</li></ul><h3><strong>Experience Required</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Qualified accountant</strong> (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)</li><li>Background from <strong>practice or industry</strong></li><li>Strong hands-on <strong>statutory accounts</strong> preparation experience</li><li>Proven <strong>group reporting</strong> experience</li><li>Able to <strong>hit the ground running</strong></li><li>Comfortable managing a <strong>small reporting team</strong></li><li>Experience operating in <strong>fast-moving or acquisitive environments</strong> advantageous</li></ul><br><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
