  • <p>The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager on behalf of a Global Sales business with offices in Milton Keynes.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Financial Reporting Manager you will manage all the UK accounting, tax and financial reporting including audit support, tax filings, technical accounting and controls. Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Lead the UK accounting control function,</li><li>Maintain strong financial controls over the balance sheet including accruals, provisions, working capital, liquidity,</li><li>Fixed assets, US GAAP and IFRS reporting</li><li>Produce annual statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102) and other regional reporting for branch locations.</li><li>Consolidations</li><li>Ensure the integrity of the general ledger balances</li><li>Coordinate intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations.</li><li>Cash management including working capital</li><li>Responsible for the banking processes for all UK entities and branches.</li><li>Stock and inventory accounting</li><li>Preparation of statutory financial statements for all UK entities and branches in accordance with local GAAP.</li><li>Support the Corporate Tax team based in the US in the completion of all tax returns</li><li>Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership, coordinate activities and manage direct and indirect reports</li><li>Manage and provide ongoing individual and team</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will be a Qualified Accountant with extensive financial accounting and reporting experience who can demonstrate a strong knowledge of US and UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, JSOX, VAT and tax regulations. You will also have proven ability to create and lead a continuous improvement and innovation culture as required.
