You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li data-end="377" data-start="156"><p data-end="377" data-start="158">Managing 800-900 accounts:<br data-end="191" data-start="188" /> Responsible for overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate maintenance of account information, timely communication, and effective prioritisation.</p></li><li data-start="379" data-end="557"><p data-start="381" data-end="557">Managing an £8 million ledger:<br / data-start="415" data-end="418"> Handling a high-value ledger, ensuring accurate reconciliation, tracking outstanding balances, and maintaining strong financial controls.</p></li><li data-start="559" data-end="725"><p data-start="561" data-end="725">Billing:<br / data-end="576" data-start="573"> Processing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.</p></li><li data-end="1313" data-start="1124"><p data-start="1126" data-end="1313">Credit and debits off ledger<br / data-end="1162" data-start="1159"> Managing the posting and reconciliation of credits, debits, and adjustments to ensure the ledger reflects accurate, up-to-date financial information.</p></li><li data-start="1315" data-end="1493"><p data-end="1493" data-start="1317">Aged debt management:<br data-start="1342" data-end="1345" /> Monitoring aged debt reports, identifying overdue accounts, escalating risks, and implementing strategies to reduce the overall aged debt profile.</p></li><li data-start="1696" data-end="1901"><p data-end="1901" data-start="1698">Updating bad debt:<br data-start="1720" data-end="1723" /> Assessing accounts for potential bad debt, preparing write-off recommendations, updating bad debt provisions, and working closely with relevant stakeholders to minimise losses.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful Interim Credit Control Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Credit Control.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Real Estate Company based in London.
