The Accounts Assistant will receive a salary up to <strong>£30,000 </strong>along with other attractive benefits including <strong>hybrid remote working</strong>. This role will be 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Accurately recording accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.</li><li>Processing batches of invoices, payments, and receipts in line with company policies.</li><li>Ensuring all entries are recorded in the financial system in a timely and systematic manner</li><li>Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate matching of bank records with internal ledgers.</li><li>Reconciling supplier statements to ensure all supplier invoices and payments are recorded correctly.</li><li>Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key experience and attributes; </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>At least 1 year experience working in finance</li><li>Experience processing invoices and reconciling accounts</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>A team player</li><li>Enjoys working as part of a small team</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
