This role involves credit control, resolving queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Chase overdue debts by phone and email</li><li>Resolve payment issues with customers and internal teams</li><li>Issue invoices, credit notes, and statements</li><li>Post and allocate payments promptly</li><li>Perform daily and month-end account reconciliations.</li><li>Investigate payment issues and manage challenging accounts</li><li>Open and assess new customer accounts</li><li>Support the Sales Team with account updates</li><li>Provide general administrative support as required</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Problem-solving with a results-driven mindset</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone and email)</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented approach</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Credit Control or Finance experience preferred</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel</li><li>Tenacious yet polite approach</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
