<p>Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Financial Controller for a Manufacturing organisation based in St. Asaph in North Wales.</p><p> </p><p>The role holder will sit on the Site Leadership team to ensure the site achieves its financial budgets, forecast and strategic plan growth targets.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Financial Controller is part of the senior leadership team responsible for: </strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>Financial reporting to the site leadership team to ensure financial budgets, forecasts are achieved or exceeded and act as a finance business partner.</li><li>Oversee the development of the site's budget, forecasts and financial strategic plans.</li><li>Ensure the complete and accurate financial accounting and reporting of the site and support the implementation of the financial reporting systems</li><li>Introduction of standard costing then ensure standard costs are properly maintained and analysed.</li><li>Liaise with the Group's external auditors to provide requested information and explanations to support a smooth and efficient audit of the site.</li><li>Ensure foreign currency exposures are identified and mitigated.</li><li>Submit tax packs for the site to support the calculation of the Group's UK tax liabilities.</li><li>Together with Site leadership develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient, profitable operation of the site's manufacturing activities.</li></ul><p> </p><p>On offer a salary of to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
