<p>The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a growing manufacturing and sales business with offices in Milton Keynes.</p><p>Role</p><p>As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for financial and management reporting for Milton Keynes into the European Head Office including financial reports, analysis, compliance and Tax reporting. Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Cash Management</li><li>Balance sheet and Fixed Asset Reconciliations</li><li>Management of AP/AR</li><li>Consolidation of reporting for MK, and 4 European entities</li><li>Intercompany reconciliation</li><li>Assisting with costing for the Manufacturing site</li><li>Preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts</li><li>Analysis for plant management</li><li>Stock and inventory reporting</li><li>Working with the Senior Management team in the UK and Europe</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will be a Qualified Accountant ideally with Sales and Manufacturing experience looking for a new role in Milton Keynes which will give you higher level visibility across a Management Team and ownership of the numbers and reporting for the business. Day to day duties will consist of:</p><ul><li>Raise timely and accurate sales invoices and credit notes</li><li>Manage the ar ledger, and customer accounts</li><li>Manage customer relationships to resolve invoice queries</li><li>Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure invoice accuracy and support.</li><li>Credit checks and new customer validation</li><li>Weekly reports and updates on aged debt</li><li>Improving processes and procedures</li><li>Support audit and compliance requirements.</li><li>Support the finance team with other activities as requested.</li></ul><p>Your Profile</p><p>You will have previous Credit Control experience within a Sales setting and will be highly numerate with the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally to better assist your performance.
