Reporting to the Head of Finance and IT, this role oversees IT Infrastructure and Support functions, managing a team of two and ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable IT operations across the business.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>People Leadership:</strong> Manage, mentor, and develop IT Infrastructure Engineer and IT Support Engineer. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, serving as an escalation point for technical issues.</li><li><strong>Infrastructure Management:</strong> Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT infrastructure. Ensure system availability, resilience, and compliance with recovery and continuity plans.</li><li><strong>End-User Support:</strong> Drive high-quality, consistent end-user support. Oversee device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and enhance user satisfaction with a focus on self-service and knowledge sharing.</li><li><strong>Security &amp; Compliance:</strong> Enforce IT security standards and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee risk management, vulnerability patching, and audit readiness.</li><li><strong>Strategy &amp; Budget:</strong> Develop and execute IT strategy in alignment with business goals. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and prioritise technology investments.</li><li><strong>Process &amp; Governance:</strong> Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and ITIL-aligned service management best practices.
