<p data-end="657" data-start="330">Our client, a Warwickshire-based organisation, is seeking an experienced <strong data-end="430" data-start="403">Interim Finance Manager</strong> to support the finance function during a period of change. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring someone who can quickly take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.</p><p data-start="659" data-end="801">This assignment is initially for <strong data-end="704" data-start="692">3 months</strong>, however there is a clear opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right individual.</p><br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br><ul data-start="830" data-end="1440"><li data-start="830" data-end="889"><p data-end="889" data-start="832">Managing the day-to-day running of the finance function</p></li><li data-start="890" data-end="1001"><p data-start="892" data-end="1001">Leading the month-end process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations</p></li><li data-start="1002" data-end="1055"><p data-start="1004" data-end="1055">Producing accurate and timely management accounts</p></li><li data-end="1119" data-start="1056"><p data-end="1119" data-start="1058">Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management</p></li><li data-end="1201" data-start="1120"><p data-start="1122" data-end="1201">Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with statutory requirements</p></li><li data-end="1274" data-start="1202"><p data-end="1274" data-start="1204">Acting as a key finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders</p></li><li data-end="1337" data-start="1275"><p data-start="1277" data-end="1337">Managing and developing junior members of the finance team</p></li><li data-start="1338" data-end="1386"><p data-end="1386" data-start="1340">Liaising with external auditors and advisors</p></li><li data-start="1387" data-end="1440"><p data-end="1440" data-start="1389">Identifying and implementing process improvements</p></li></ul><br><br>Candidate Requirements:<br><br><ul data-end="1955" data-start="1471"><li data-end="1529" data-start="1471"><p data-start="1473" data-end="1529">Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role</p></li><li data-start="1530" data-end="1597"><p data-end="1597" data-start="1532">Strong technical accounting background with a hands-on approach</p></li><li data-end="1665" data-start="1598"><p data-start="1600" data-end="1665">Comfortable working in a fast-paced or transitional environment</p></li><li data-end="1721" data-start="1666"><p data-start="1668" data-end="1721">Experience producing management accounts end-to-end</p></li><li data-end="1782" data-start="1722"><p data-end="1782" data-start="1724">Strong Excel skills and exposure to finance systems/ERPs</p></li><li data-end="1844" data-start="1783"><p data-start="1785" data-end="1844">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li data-start="1845" data-end="1910"><p data-end="1910" data-start="1847">Able to commit to <strong data-start="1865" data-end="1908">5 days per week on-site in Warwickshire</strong></p></li><li data-end="1955" data-start="1911"><p data-start="1913" data-end="1955">Immediately available or on short notice</p></li></ul><br><br>Qualifications:<br><br><ul data-end="2037" data-start="1978"><li data-start="1978" data-end="2037"><p data-start="1980" data-end="2037">ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience</p></li></ul><br><br>What's on Offer:<br><br><ul data-end="2224" data-start="2061"><li data-end="2125" data-start="2061"><p data-start="2063" data-end="2125">Competitive interim rate or salary (dependent on experience)</p></li><li data-end="2178" data-start="2126"><p data-start="2128" data-end="2178">Opportunity to add immediate value in a key role</p></li><li data-end="2224" data-start="2179"><p data-end="2224" data-start="2181">Strong likelihood of permanent conversion</p></li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
