Financial Reporting & Control</li><li>Drive the preparation and first-level review of month-end, half year and year end close reporting across multiple entities, providing insightful variance commentary and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of internal and external submissions, including annual financial statements and other statutory filing obligations.</li><li>Demonstrate day-to-day operational knowledge of IFRS, applying technical standards in routine accounting transactions to ensure compliance and high-quality financial reporting.</li><li>Hands on responsibility for day‑to‑day general ledger operations, including preparing and posting journals, performing account reconciliations and investigating variances.</li><li>Hands on entity level budgeting and forecasting process with robust, insightful commentary that clearly articulates key drivers, trends, and risks. </li><li>Support accounts payable queries and drive general ledger accuracy including journal processing, reconciliations and month-end close activities.</li><li>Act as primary lead for external audits, efficiently managing timelines, requests and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Hands-on ownership of timely and efficient reporting across multiple entities and currencies, including the intercompany recharge process, FX movements, and key reconciliations Business Partnering</li><li>Collaborate with regional and local leaders to provide financial insights that drive cost discipline, working capital improvements and resource allocation.</li><li>Forecast and manage liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.</li><li>Support group-level cash repatriation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement </li><li>Prepare accurate VAT returns, monthly filing and supporting reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly corporate income tax provision and quarterly advance payments computation.</li><li>Support the global tax team with the annual tax filing process with exposure to transfer pricing requirements and supporting data.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role will be a qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CA who has excellent technical acumen.
