This role will ensure the successful completion of the project, aligning business needs with system capabilities and driving operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>This is a day rate contract and will be Outside IR35, it will be remote with occasional travel to Europe. </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Configure and customise the F&O platform to align with strategic goals.</li><li>Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Manage the integration of D365 Finance with other business applications and external systems.</li><li>Develop and execute testing and user acceptance strategies.</li><li>Deliver training and create user documentation to support adoption.</li><li>Plan and oversee system deployment with minimal disruption.</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Lead change management and encourage user adoption.</li><li>Maintain documentation and ensure system compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience (5 years+) as a Functional Consultant leading an end to end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial processes (R2R, P2P, OTC).</li><li>Expertise in system configuration, data migration, and integration's.</li><li>Experience in testing, UAT, and change management.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
