We're looking for a Head of Creative to lead our creative output across brand, print, digital, social, content, presentations, email and campaigns. You'll be the person who turns client briefs into strong creative ideas, hands-on enough to shape the work directly, and confident enough to sell it in the room. This is a player-coach role: you'll lead a team of three senior designers while still getting stuck into the work yourself. Experience in commercial property is highly desirable - you'll understand the sector's delivery realities, timelines and stakeholders, and be able to bring that judgement to bear on the work. This is a permanent role based in London.
