  • <p>Robert Half are working with a leading business in the Energy Sector who is looking for a Learning &amp; Development Manager.</p><p>This is a newly created Learning &amp; Development Manager role within a fast-growing business. While the HR function is well established, L&amp;D is the clear gap, and this hire represents a significant investment in building capability across the business.</p><p>The role is highly visible and hands-on, with responsibility for designing and delivering L&amp;D from scratch, rather than inheriting an existing framework.
