This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a business - equally comfortable supporting a smooth onboarding process as keeping the office running efficiently day to day.</p><p>We are ideally looking for immediately available candidates who can start ASAP.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>People Operations</p><ul><li>Coordinating end-to-end onboarding for new starters, including paperwork, system setup, and first-day preparation</li><li>Leading inductions to ensure new employees feel welcomed and set up for success</li><li>Supporting the recruitment process - scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and assisting with offer administration</li><li>Maintaining accurate HR records and employee files</li></ul><p>Office &amp; Facilities</p><ul><li>Acting as the first point of contact for all office-related matters</li><li>Managing supplier relationships, including cleaning, maintenance, and office supplies</li><li>Overseeing health and safety compliance and general upkeep of the workplace</li><li>Coordinating meeting room bookings, deliveries, and general office logistics</li><li>Supporting with ad hoc events and team activities</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in an office coordination, HR administration, or operations support role</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities</li><li>A proactive, can-do approach and confidence dealing with people at all levels</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience</li><li>Based full-time in Central Bristol</li><li>A varied role at the heart of the business, with genuine scope to shape how it develops</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
