You will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Processing invoices</li><li>Cash allocation and bank reconciliation</li><li>Manage accounts receivable processes, issue invoices and credit notes, monitor ageing debtors, and implement strategies to chase overdue payments.</li><li>Manage purchase ledger and liaise with suppliers to ensure payment terms are met, including setting up new clients, consultants, and suppliers on internal systems.</li><li>Expense processing</li><li>System - Xero</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful, temporary Accounts Assistant will have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable and have great excel skills. </p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Engineering Company based in London. <p>Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Sports Company in London to recruit immediate, temporary Assistant Accountant for 6 months.</p><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an immediate part time temporary, Assistant Accountant to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Maintaining relationships with both external and internal parties</li><li>Provide support to the Accounts Payable Assistant, if needed</li><li>Allocation of payments to suppliers</li><li>Support of the team - posting accounting entries, taking on certain areas</li><li>Managing VAT reconciliations in different countries with help of local tax advisors</li><li>Banking - payment entries and allocation</li><li>Annual financial audit - support</li><li>Support/guidance for other team members in various accounting tasks when required</li><li>Preparation of monthly management packs for our external consultants</li><li>Any Ad hoc task</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful part time temporary Assistant Accountant will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Assistant Accountant.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Sports Company based in London.
