<p>The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a Construction services business with offices in Milton Keynes.</p><p>The Role</p><p>As Credit Controller you will be tasked with monitoring, maintaining and taking responsibility for the sales ledgers in terms of debt collection control and ledger housekeeping. You be will be responsible for following duties:</p><ul><li>Perform credit risk assessments and provide input into credit decisions on customers.</li><li style="text-align: left;">Proactively manage a portfolio of 500-600 customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.</li><li>Respond to customer queries relating to their accounts by phone and email.</li><li>Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries timely with accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Allocate payments accurately and perform regular account reconciliations to maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date information to enable quick reference.</li><li>Assist with preparing reporting on aged debtors, cash collection performance, and credit risk exposure.</li><li>Assist in driving forward process improvement and automation.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong></p><p>The successful temporary Credit Controller will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Credit Control.</p><p>You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.</p><p><strong>Client:</strong></p><p>Our client are a leading Retail Company based in London.
