Based in Leeds, the company prides itself on creating an environment where innovation, collaboration, and professional development thrive.</p><p>The Role:</p><p>As a Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, compliance with regulations, and supporting the business with critical financial reporting.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards</li><li>Produce and reconcile journal entries and balance sheet accounts</li><li>Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis against actual performance</li><li>Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and other regulatory requirements</li><li>Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors</li><li>Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning</li></ul><p>Key Requirements:</p><ul><li>ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified or QBE</li><li>Prior experience in a Financial Accountant role</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul><p>What's on offer:</p><ul><li>Basic salary up to £58k</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Additional benefits</li><li>Free car parking - Leeds based business</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
