Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Real Estate Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Credit Control Clerk for 3-6 months.Role:Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Credit Control Clerk to assist them for 3-6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:<ul><li data-end="377" data-start="156">Managing 800-900 accounts: Responsible for overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate maintenance of account information, timely communication, and effective prioritisation.</li><li data-start="379" data-end="557">Managing an £8 million ledger: Handling a high-value ledger, ensuring accurate reconciliation, tracking outstanding balances, and maintaining strong financial controls.</li><li data-start="559" data-end="725">Billing: Processing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.</li><li data-end="1313" data-start="1124">Credit and debits off ledger Managing the posting and reconciliation of credits, debits, and adjustments to ensure the ledger reflects accurate, up-to-date financial information.</li><li data-start="1315" data-end="1493">Aged debt management: Monitoring aged debt reports, identifying overdue accounts, escalating risks, and implementing strategies to reduce the overall aged debt profile.</li><li data-start="1696" data-end="1901">Updating bad debt: Assessing accounts for potential bad debt, preparing write-off recommendations, updating bad debt provisions, and working closely with relevant stakeholders to minimise losses.</li></ul>Profile:The successful Interim Credit Control Clerk will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Credit Control.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Real Estate Company based in London.
