<p>Robert Half has partnered with an Asset Management firm located in London looking to add an IT director to the team.</p><p>This role will report directly into the COO and will be responsible for the daily IT operations for the business. It will be 50% project work as well as 50% BAU work. They are behind reputable and award-winning commercial projects across several countries, making them a market leader in the design, building and construction industry. </p><p>Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their UK team by recruiting a talented and newly qualified Senior Accountant to join their London office. <strong>This position will be based full-time in office, 5 days a week.</strong></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p data-end="550" data-start="180">The Senior Accountant for this established architecture practice based in Central London, will report into the Finance Manager and take ownership of project-led accounting, for major international developments, and financial reporting responsibilities. Working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders, key duties will include:</p><ul data-end="1247" data-start="552"><li>Lead project accounting for large-scale international projects.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable, billing, and debtor balances.</li><li>Maintain fee forecasts and percentage-of-completion (POC) reporting.</li><li>Manage budgets and forecasts, providing key analysis.</li><li>Partner with project managers, attending regular meetings and producing finance reports.</li><li>Maintain project and contract data within the project accounting system.</li><li>Review reimbursable and travel costs to ensure accurate client recharge.</li><li>Prepare intercompany invoices and support transfer pricing requirements.</li><li>Assist with year-on-year variance analysis on trial balance accounts.</li><li>Own month-end close, cash reporting, and wider finance team activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant position, should have the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Newly Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or Finalist level Accountant</li><li>Strong practical experience in industry taking ownership of financial reporting & month-end processes.</li><li>Architecture background (or similar project background) would be highly advantageous </li><li>Confident with the use of Excel</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experience with multiple currencies / international entities.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits:</p><ul><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Discretionary bonus</li><li><strong>Full-time in office</strong></li><li>Private medical</li><li>Career development plans</li></ul><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
