Robert Half are working with a leading business in the Energy Sector who is looking for a Learning & Development Manager.This is a newly created Learning & Development Manager role within a fast-growing business. While the HR function is well established, L&D is the clear gap, and this hire represents a significant investment in building capability across the business.The role is highly visible and hands-on, with responsibility for designing and delivering L&D from scratch, rather than inheriting an existing framework.
