<p><strong>Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk - Heathrow - £15 per hour + holiday pay </strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients finance team on a short-term basis.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts</li><li>Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and suppliers</li><li>Prepare and process electronic payments</li><li>Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements and manage aging reports</li><li>Support internal and external audit requests</li><li>Ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or finance-related role</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
