<p><strong>FACILITIES COORDINATOR - ONSITE - ABERDEEN - £12.21/HR + HOLIDAY PAY </strong></p><p>Robert Half are assisting a long-standing client with recruiting a Facilities Management for a 5 month assignment!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Carry out daily site/floor walks and inspections.</li><li>Handle minor repairs, furniture moves, and meeting room setups.</li><li>Support events and office moves.</li><li>Respond to customer requests (Corrigo ticket system).</li><li>Keep workspaces and collaboration areas ready for use.</li><li>Maintain safety and cleanliness across the site.</li><li>Collect and x-ray incoming mail and deliveries.</li><li>Drive van around the site for deliveries and collections.</li><li>Record and track courier packages.</li><li>Manage Corrigo requests and issue tracking.</li><li>Keep maintenance records up to date.</li><li>Report recurring issues.</li><li>Support compliance with clean desk and space-use policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Full clean UK driving licence (min 3 years) - must be able to drive site van.</li><li>Customer-focused approach - professional and polite with clients.</li><li>Hands-on/can-do attitude - flexible, proactive, willing to help with manual tasks.</li><li>1-3 years' experience in a facilities or workplace management role. </li><li>Good understanding of health and safety standards. </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
