Robert Half named on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list!
London, 22 July 2025 – The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ has officially recognised Robert Half within its large organisations category.
Robert Half’s ongoing support for the UK chapter of its Global Women’s Network (GWEN), the continued delivery of its Lean In Circle programme, and its strategic partnership with NOVA Community to co-create impactful events are just some of the reasons why women at the organisation believe it’s a great place to work. These initiatives, alongside powerful moments such as Robert Half’s Women’s History Month celebrations, which this year featured keynote speaker Kate Hardcastle MBE, reflect the organisation’s commitment to amplifying women’s voices and fostering an inclusive, empowering workplace culture.
The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list is made up of employers whose people have told Great Place To Work® UK they work for a place that is inclusive and equitable for all. The 350 companies on the list are committed to ensuring a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation; removing barriers to women’s career advancement; and creating workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.
Matt Weston, Senior Managing Director for UK & Ireland, said, "This prestigious recognition underscores our organisation’s dedication to promoting equity within the workplace and highlights the strong representation of women across our workforce. We remain committed to nurturing a culture of belonging, where everyone feels acknowledged and appreciated for their contributions. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all those who have played a part in making Robert Half such a welcoming and supportive environment for all."
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK said,“This year’s UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list highlights organisations that are moving beyond good intentions and delivering real, measurable progress. These companies are dismantling outdated norms, prioritising women’s health, and building clear, supported pathways to leadership.
This recognition is driven by what matters most: the voices of women who work there. They’ve said, in their own words, that their workplace is one where they’re respected, empowered, and able to succeed.
Congratulations to Robert Half for leading by example — and showing what a genuinely inclusive workplace can look like.”
