We are looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and related employee programs for a growing Canadian organization based in Winnipeg.This role is well suited to a detail-oriented leader who can maintain accurate payroll processing, support benefits and pension administration, and uphold compliance with applicable legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve reporting, and ensure a high standard of service across payroll activities. This position will oversee receivables, payables, and month-end activities while strengthening controls, improving workflows, and guiding a high-performing finance function. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, sound technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational and commercial teams.
