The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work comfortably with complex reconciliations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring transactions are recorded accurately in the general ledger.</p><p>• Lead month-end activities, including reviewing account balances, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely financial reporting.</p><p>• Analyze branch profitability, gross margin performance</p><p>• Investigate revenue trends, labor, material costs, and overhead expenditures.</p><p>• Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to understand business drivers and explain financial results.</p><p>• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.</p><p>• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple business units.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and schedules that support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting needs.</p><p><br></p>
