The successful candidate will support the financial management of active development projects while partnering closely with development, construction, operations, and senior leadership teams. Reporting to the Controller, the Development Accountant will be responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, budgeting support, and cost control of long-term care redevelopment and development projects. This individual will ensure accurate project cost tracking, lender and government funding reporting, capital expenditure accounting, and project financial analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
