In this role, you will strengthen daily operations, support interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure care remains responsive to the needs of Indigenous individuals, families, and communities. This position offers the opportunity to advance quality, collaboration, and service consistency across clinical and community-based programs. Responsibilities:• Direct daily operations for interdisciplinary care teams, providing leadership that supports effective service delivery across clinical and community settings.• Guide staff through coaching, performance discussions, and development planning to build a strong, accountable, and respectful workplace.• Improve clinic flow, coordinate resources, and address operational challenges to maintain efficient care across multiple service locations.• Establish and refine policies, procedures, and care processes that promote consistent, safe, and culturally appropriate service delivery.• Work closely with Human Resources on hiring activities, onboarding, employee relations matters, and performance management practices.• Partner with senior leadership and internal teams to roll out clinical programs, advance strategic priorities, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.• Oversee scheduling, vacation approvals, and staffing coverage to support uninterrupted operations and appropriate workforce planning.• Lead quality improvement efforts, monitor service indicators, and support reporting, accreditation, and compliance requirements.• Build productive relationships with community organizations and Indigenous partners to support integrated care and community wellness initiatives.• Contribute to budget planning, procurement activities, and oversight of supplies and operational resources to support program effectiveness.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Director, Facilities Capital Projects to provide leadership during a transitional period within their Facilities department. This individual will oversee a portfolio of capital construction and renovation projects while ensuring projects continue to progress on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational priorities.This is a highly visible leadership role that requires someone with a strong background in facilities capital projects, building systems, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal leadership while managing a team responsible for delivering multiple projects across a large institutional portfolio.
