- We are looking for a bilingual Financial Services Representative to support borrowers and deliver responsive service throughout the full loan lifecycle. This Contract position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and is well suited to someone who can manage client inquiries, payment-related requests, and account updates with accuracy and professionalism. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring administrative and servicing tasks are completed in line with established procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Support borrowers in English and French by handling inquiries, explaining account details, and providing timely assistance related to their loan needs.<br>• Manage loan servicing activities such as cancellations, corrections, payment schedule updates, deferrals, restructures, and other approved contract changes.<br>• Review requests for fee adjustments and process them within policy guidelines while escalating exceptions for further approval when required.<br>• Record insolvency documents, update account information, and direct files to the appropriate internal teams for follow-up action.<br>• Maintain complete and accurate borrower records, including supporting documents, servicing updates, and detailed notes from client interactions.<br>• Administer banking changes and payment account holds by following verification procedures and resolving discrepancies with internal partners.<br>• Prepare and process returned payment items, investigate rejected transactions, and ensure account updates are completed accurately.<br>• Handle insurance-related servicing requests, including cancellations and updates, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to keep records current.<br>• Contribute to operational effectiveness by supporting procedure enhancements, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration across servicing teams.
