- <p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support purchasing coordination and inventory-related administration for an entertainment industry organization in Brampton, Ontario. This Contract position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with vendors, internal teams, and system-based records to keep purchasing and receiving activities accurate and on schedule. The successful candidate will help maintain product information, process receipts, support reporting needs, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers based on direction from the purchasing leadership team.</p><p>• Provide the sales group with accurate product details, supporting information, and related materials as needed.</p><p>• Work with operations, traffic, and distribution teams to arrange product deliveries across multiple distribution centres.</p><p>• Examine warehouse receiving paperwork for completeness and accuracy, then enter receipt information into Great Plains.</p><p>• Share receipt updates and allocation details with sales administration teams and quickly escalate discrepancies to the appropriate internal contacts.</p><p>• Set up new items in the systems while maintaining data integrity and correcting records that do not meet established standards.</p><p>• Coordinate inventory transfers between company locations in partnership with vendor services and operations staff.</p><p>• Prepare scheduled and on-request reports for vendor services, including inventory and price protection documentation.</p><p>• Support inventory revaluation activities and assist with improving tools and departmental procedures for greater efficiency.</p>

This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle payroll process for a workforce of under 300 employees, including both hourly and salaried staff.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a regular basis</li><li>Prepare and submit Records of Employment (ROEs)</li><li>Complete payroll journal entries and ensure accurate reporting to accounting</li><li>Remit source deductions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements</li><li>Perform year-end payroll activities, including:</li><li>T4 and T4A preparation</li><li>RL1 preparation</li><li>Payroll reconciliations</li><li>Support the annual payroll audit process</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline payroll processes</li><li>Ensure payroll practices remain compliant with applicable legislation and internal policies</li></ul><p><br></p>
