This position supports day-to-day administrative and operational activities within a fast-paced property environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, service, and coordination. The successful candidate will contribute to tenant-related processes, maintain organized records, and help ensure smooth support across a large property portfolio. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys teamwork, communicates confidently, and adapts quickly to new systems and changing priorities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the distribution and return of keys for residents, keeping records accurate and up to date.<br>• Coordinate move-in and move-out activities by working closely with tenants and internal teams to support a smooth process.<br>• Maintain organized tracking for keys and other controlled assets, ensuring inventory details are current and complete.<br>• Provide administrative support for operational activities across a large portfolio of properties in Southwestern Ontario.<br>• Complete high-volume data entry with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and timely updates.<br>• Update property, tenant, and operational records in internal systems to support daily business needs.<br>• Assist with general office coordination and documentation to help the team stay organized and responsive.<br>• Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and colleagues to resolve routine inquiries and support service delivery.
